Building of Strong Local Hubs

OYOHO developed 2 selected local youth centers into sustainable hubs for employment support and career development through creating devoted spaces that encouraged youth to engage, collaborate and contribute. These centers hosted workshops, classes and talks that piqued youth’s interests and broadened their horizons to reach their potential.

Equipping of Youth

with Skills and Tools for Success

OYOHO offered innovative and dynamic trainings on marketable skills with experts in the field. Trainings covered subjects such as ICT, 3D printing, Accounting and Business English. Youth also received one-on-one support and mentorship from qualified professionals in their field and dedicated career counselors.

Creation of Access and Opportunities

OYOHO supported youth with necessary resources, advice and assistance to succeed in the job market or launch their own ventures as entrepreneurs. First job experiences were created through job shadows, internships and professional mentors. Career counselors assisted youth in finding opportunities, applying for jobs, getting interviews and starting their careers.
